Shipping Policy:

• Available shipping to Canada & USA (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).
• CAD $10 off on shipping fee for purchases over CAD $150.
• USD $7 off on shipping fee for purchases over USD $120. 
• Shipment may take 1-5 business days depending on destination.
• You can choose the best shipping prices at the checkout. 
• Surcharge might apply for heavier weighted items. We will notify you by email before the shipment.
• We use standard shipping services such as Canada Post, UPS, etc. 

Return Policy:

• To request an official return, please email us at info@smashbadminton.shop or write to us on Contact Us.
• Return items must be unopened and in their original packaging.
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivered date. 
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
